Welcome to Condo del Mar #1102, a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom, ground-floor home in the brand-new Torres del Mar complex, right in the south area of Playa Jacó, the most safe, quiet and familiar area

This inviting space blends comfort, simplicity, and Costa Rican charm—ideal for couples, small families, or anyone seeking calm and connection.

NOTE:
Even though the Wi-Fi and electricity are generally stable and reliable, like in any country, they can occasionally fail. This is especially true in rural beach areas like this one, where tropical weather brings storms, heavy rain, and strong winds.

If the power goes out, we simply have to wait for the utility company to restore it. Depending on the issue, it may take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.

If the Wi-Fi goes down, please let me know so I can report it. Depending on the problem, it could take between 4 and 48 hours to fix.
