“Great stay overall”

“good”

“I found a cockroach in my room, the water is not hot, just warm; the room stinks like drain. It was just too much but I needed a place to stay. But I won’t stay there ever again. Only the stuff was super nice but the rest was very bad.”

“Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. ”

“Amazing slice of paradise off the main road. The details are curated and tastefully designed. Artisav is peaceful, modern, quaint, and provides and excellent breath of fresh air after a long day in the city. 10/10”

“The property was new and good the Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. However, the rooms were not clean, the linnen was dirty and the rooms were very cold. ”

“Absolument ne pas aller.Hotel de passe avec mafia a la réception Ai réserver 2 nuits et je voulais partir immédiatement après avoir vu ma chambre.Mais beaucoup d’intimidation et de harcèlement sans compter la pression Enlever immédiatement cette horreur sur votre site Et demande un remboursement Merci ”

“Vackert, rent, tyst och lugnt, jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mysig frukost på takterrassen.”

“The Property is really awesome. Enjoyed the stay, staff, food and amenities everything is excellent and provide a luxurious stay.”

“Our family of four stayed here for two nights. It is a traditional building that is over 100 years old. Returning from the bustle of Jaipur city and entering the room through the courtyard, we found a quiet, spacious, and wonderfully atmospheric space. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Located close to Jaipur's sightseeing areas, it was a truly perfect stay. Thank you.”

“I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 ”

“Had a very pleasant stay and the staff was good. Mediocre breakfast with quite limited selection. Good but not as great as expected from a breakfast buffet. Quite bad neighborhood, not much to do and the malls close by are mostly deserted... Staff was attentive. Paying by card/cash in the restaurant took quite some time everytime. Once it took 25 minutes to get our change back, which was a hassle since we had a driver waiting for us.. The gym had a decent range of equipment, nothing advanced...

“Gym was lacking plus please remember this has no alcohol license but they did very well on everything else. Pool is sublime”
