Splurged on a suite, fabulous service, nice big room, big shower and bathtub, but there was a massive crack in the tub, the door leading to a bamboo garden directly off the bathroom didn’t close properly, so we were being eaten alive by mosquitos while we slept. On our final night, my husband got food poisoning from the food at the restaurant and he’s still struggling two days later.
We could have stayed at a more well-known brand of hotel for half the price and had a better time, but we took a chance. Huge waste of money — live and learn — stick to hotels you’ve heard of. Do not recommend.
