"I had to change room 3 times The first time, the hotel conference room had party till beyond 11pm . It rocks the whole room and I couldnt sleep. The hotel didnt change room for me to sleep despite on business trip. The room had air condition had filter problem and I didnt sleep well for 3 nights. I lost my jacket due to 3 room changes . The hotel did support to send it back to me But the courier made me pay for the customs duties 16 USD but I still didnt receive the package even after more than 3 weeks as they claimed they had a techinical problem with 2 sending IDs. How could 1 package have 2 IDs and 2 sending date? The Hotel and courier are not reliable . I wont use them in my next business trip"
