On-site parking for 2 vehicles is available on a shared basis. One small dog is permitted after prior agreement with the hosts. Smoking is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted. Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is before 10 am. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned or deducted within 10 days.



The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. The house is located 15 minutes from Salers and 6 km from Mauriac. A former railway line has been converted into a cycling and walking path nearby. A third bedroom is available for an additional supplement. An optional cleaning service is available for an extra fee, or guests may clean themselves. Please note that heating is not included during June, July, August, and September.
