NOTE: This is a cabin community, we do have other cabins available. Read our important notes below prior to booking.

This is the perfect cabin for up to 18 complete with family-friendly amenities where you’ll feel right at home. This is a triplex - so three separate units under one roof - plenty of room for everyone to have their space.

AMENITIES GUESTS LOVE:
- Private boat ramp onto the river to kayak, fish, paddle board (no lake access due to the dam)

FRONT PORCH:
- Riverfront view while you enjoy morning coffee
- Rocking chairs to lounge in throughout the day as you listen to the rolling river

KITCHEN AND DINING:
**You will have 3 separate kitchens in each unit and three separate dining areas.
- Fully stocked coffee bar: Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Grounds, creamer, sugar
- S’mores sticks and grill utensils
- Fully stocked kitchen with your essentials for cooking and baking (even a crock pot)
- Silverware and dishware for the entire group
- Starter supplies including: paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponges, olive oil, spices
- Brita Filter in the fridge, ready for your arrival
- Dining table with seating for all 6 guests in each unit

LIVING ROOM:
**Each unit has its own living room.

*Each unit has one full bathroom
- Spacious with storage cube shelf and plenty of hooks for towels
- Shower/tub combo
- Single vanity sink
- Towels and wash cloths provided
- You’ll find a few guest extras under the sink in our “did you forget it” baskets
- Hairdryer
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash included
- Washer/dryer stackable unit inside the bathroom (laundry pods and dryer sheets included)

PARKING:
- There is plenty of room for 6 vehicles

IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

This is a new build cabin in a development called Cabins on the Cumberland. We are building 11 cabins and an event venue expected to be totally complete in 2025. Please note that we are still under construction but have made it possible for guests to have a wonderful stay as we bring this to life. You may see and hear our crew during your visit, but since the property is so wonderfully spread out, the noise is usually minimal.

Our boat ramp is suitable for kayaks, canoes, and 18-foot or smaller fishing boats. You must have a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle if you plan to drop your fishing boat in as the ramp is gravel.

And finally, you are in nature so please be mindful that insects and wildlife live here too. We do have monthly pest control service.
