“Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

“We only stopped for the night, but the property offered many amenities that our group would have enjoyed (sand volleyball, pool, fire pit, etc). The room was spacious and we enjoyed the laidback atmosphere.”

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

“This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items.”

“Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again”

“We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. We reached out to the host about the discrepancy and were told the listing would be updated, but that did not help our...

“Late motel selection. Pictures were much better than reality. $ have recently been spent to update rooms. Exterior still needs work. Lock on door did not make us feel secure. Better than some places we’ve seen. Worse than others. It’s a 3 out of 5 at best. Decent price.”
