“Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay.”

“I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. “Vackert designade byggnader. Fint nyrenoverat rum, tyst luftkonditionering dom man lätt kunde ha på nattetid, tre olika pooler och shuttle till stadskärnan. Det enda tråkiga var att vi inte gick rummet vi hade bokat, utan ett enklare. Detta kompenserade hotellet genom att ge oss valfri tillgodo såsom parkering/ frukost eller i vårt fall presentkort i hotellets affär. Detta debiterades tyvärr vårt resesällskaps rum. ”
