You land. Jeremiah is waiting at the airport. Boy pours the welcome rum at the villa (virgin for kids). The fridge is already stocked. Captain Mike has the boat ready. You unpack once and run nothing for 8 days.

Bayside Hill sleeps 8 in 4 king bedrooms — private pool, hot tub, solar AC, EV-SUV, full-board, premium open bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at local hotspots. Included.

The space:
Bayside Hill is a 4-bedroom hilltop estate above Spanish Water Bay. No cruise ships. No resort strips. Caracasbaai beach is a 5-minute walk. Jan Thiel Beach is 5 minutes by EV.

Inside:
4 king bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully open-plan living. Solar runs the AC in the living room AND every bedroom — not a generator, not a meter. Bamboo linens ("The beds were a dream to sleep in." — Pam).

Walk-in closet.Room-darkening shades. 60" HDTV with Netflix. Sonos throughout the house, porch, and pool. 76 Mbps wi-fi, speed-test verified. Dedicated workspace if a call lands mid-vacation.

Outside:
Private pool open 24 hours, year-round. Private hot tub at 37°C by the time you land — the bubbles don't take nights off. Cocktails & Dreams pool bar (it has a name because it's a real bar). Pool table. Mini golf. Hammock. Kayak. Boat slip. BBQ. Outdoor shower. Fully fenced backyard.

Guest access
You have the entire estate. Pool, hot tub, Cocktails & Dreams bar, pool table, mini golf — all yours, no shared use.

Caracasbaai beach (5-minute walk) is public but quiet — locals' favorite. Dive school next door if anyone wants an intro dive with Julian.

Your iCar EV-SUV sits at the estate from arrival to departure. Charge it at home. The week drives itself.

— Lunch placed where your day lands — every Dushi Week is custom-designed to your family, and the lunch spots come with the itinerary. Boat day lunch is a beach BBQ with Captain Mike as chef

— Prefer the chef at the house for some or all of your meals? Say the word — we arrange it.
