“Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. “The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“Our stay was the textbook of how VRBO visits should go. Communicating with the host was easy and Tim’s responses were quick. I love the fact that our dog was welcomed, too! The condo has been updated throughout and is very clean. The location makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping. But, the best part is the view from the deck. The deck overlooks the pool, and just beyond that is the beautiful beach. It was a perfect getaway for us!”

“We owned in Duck for 20 years but we still rent 4 times a year, the house was amazing so many wonderful features and alot of room. I was very disappointed in the last of cleaning that was done. Some items in the kitchen I would not use they were disgusting . I cleaned some of the toilets and disenfected myself.
