Beautiful villa, 5 minutes to the beach in Javea.

Our beautiful Villa is located in Javea, a relaxed residential neighbourhood only 5 minutes from picturesque coves or the bustling El Arenal. Great local restaurants are within walking distance and supermarkets within a few minutes drive.


Facilities include the private swimming pool, air conditioning & central heating in all rooms, outside gas BBQ, English TV channels, WiFi, security system.

There is plenty of outside space around the pool and Mediterranean style gardens for lounging in the sun and when you want a break there is a large covered pergola for shaded eating and relaxing.

The sunny, fully tiled pool terrace leads into a bright, glazed Naya/lounge with comfortable seating and then through to a dining area with a table made for eating with friends.

Off the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with oven , hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Master bedroom with twin single beds arranged as a double, built in wardrobes and en-suite, walk in shower room.

Second bedroom with twin single beds arranged as a double, built in wardrobes and access to family bathroom.

Bedroom no 3 with twin single beds, built in wardrobes and access to family bathroom.

Access to the covered carport and off street parking for two cars is through electric gates whilst a car is not essential we would recommend one to get the most out of your stay in the beautiful part of the Costa Blanca.

Please note the villa is strictly non smoking.

First time Javea.
The house was great. Everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and it was keept clean by a poolman. For us the location was a little bit off, but the area was calm and quiet. There were two restaurants on a easy walk distens. You need a car. The owner and the managers were both easy to get in thouch with if you had any questions.

Beautiful peaceful villa
We have just reluctantly returned from a spending a lovely, peaceful week at the villa. Everything was as we had hoped for with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable.

Sehr schöne Villa
Sehr schöne Villa, stylish - minimalist aber mit alles, wirklich alles was man braucht. Ausser eine Panne an BBQ alles perfekt. Das Wetter spielte auch gegen uns und machte das ganz ein wenig feucht… möchte gern in Winter nochmals kommen und die Cheminee erleben… Ausser die Gärtner vis à vis mit Rasenmäher um die Siesta Zeit und einige Hundeklaffen sehr ruhig. George and Tracy sehr attentive property manager. Einkäufe und Restaurant in der Nähe, el Arenal in 8 Min erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation bestens, das Haus sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt da wir ein Auto über die gesamte Zeit hatten. So konnten wir die wunderschönen Buchten und Ortschaften in der Umgebung erkunden. So ein Häuschen hätte ich auch gerne ;-) thanks Jackie and Tracy

A beautiful idyllic villa that has it all
Villa Pep exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this was by far the best. The communication from start to finish with owners Jackie and Andrew was second to none. They sent pictures and videos on the accessibility of the villa and even on the day before arrival a video on how to use the BBQ. We were greeted on arrival by the local hosts Tracy and James who were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on the local area and they left us a Welcome Basket. Our daughter is severely disabled and the villa was perfect for her needs. There is step free access from the rear of the villa and so much space around the pool. Inside the villa there was also plenty of space to accommodate her wheelchair. The layout of the villa meant we stayed upstairs with our daughter and had our own bathroom, while my parents stayed downstairs with their own ensuite and privacy. The pool was clean ( and cleaned throughly by a lovely local pool man) and perfectly postioned for afternoons in the pool or on the sun loungers. We spent a lot of time by the pool, breakfasting on the outdoor dining table and pre and post dinner drinks on the outdoor sofa. The location of the villa meant we were able to walk to 5 local restaurants and it's only a 10 minute drive into Javea. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we are definitely booking again for next year. We couldn't recommend this villa more.

The villa is a great place to stay and very well equipped with everything you need. The outside area and pool is great to relax and unwind, just what you want from a villa. The only problem is the mosquitos, they bite a lot. But overall a lovely break in a lovely villa in a very nice part of the world.

The property was amazing inside and out. Our family loved it. Great check in process, friendly and helpful. Great attention to detail with information pack, beach towels and beach parasols available, the weather was very hot so the air conditioning was a welcome rest bite. The pool area was great plenty of shade and the pool was clean and well kept. Highly recommend this rental. 5 stars.

Fantastic villa, not overlooked at all. Fabulous location with plenty good quality restaurants within walking distance. Accommodation really high standard with everything you need. Car essential as well as mosquito spray! Would definitely recommend
