It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a bright living area with an integrated American kitchen, accommodating up to 4 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with fans and good natural lighting.

The kitchen, in American style and equipped with an induction hob, has a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. The dining area opens to a comfortable living room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV and access to a private 14 m² terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool.

The terrace, sunny in the mornings, is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals or moments of relaxation.
