On the main floor there is a spacious fully equipped American kitchen and a cosy living-dining room with sofa, dining table and Smart TV. From the living room and kitchen there is direct access to a pleasant furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.



On this same floor is the rest area, consisting of a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, plus two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms have wardrobes, coat racks and bed linen.



On the upper floor there is an additional area with sofa bed and a third full bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to a large private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, creating an ideal space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Its location allows you to comfortably enjoy different points of interest in Jávea, such as Cala Blanca, the port, the old town and Montgó Natural Park. The area also offers numerous opportunities to enjoy nature, beaches, Mediterranean cuisine and outdoor activities.
