Vacation Rental Agreement is mandatory for ALL ADULT GUESTS (18+) and must be fully completed without any modifications. The signed agreement must be returned via the VRBO mailbox (look for the + sign on the left side of the message box, which allows you to add attachments directly from your phone or computer) at least three days before your scheduled arrival.
*** CLEANING & LINEN SERVICES ***
The Owner is not obligated to provide additional cleaning services or linen changes during the booking term. Should Guests require supplementary cleaning services or linen changes, they may arrange them directly with our property manager. These supplementary services are not included within the booking terms and shall be considered separate from the Owner's obligations. The cost for any additional services shall be the sole responsibility of the Guests and shall be paid directly to the property manager. Contact information for our property manager will be provided in the Welcome Guide, three days before your check-in date.
