Förtjusande litet hus (75m²) totalrenoverat 2020 för 4 personer i ett privat och säkert område med concierge. Privat pool på 3x5 m (djup 1,30 m).
Ligger 500 meter från den stora sandstranden i Javea (Playa de Arenal) och 200 meter från två stormarknader. En bil är inte nödvändig eftersom allt kan göras till fots eller med cykel om du vill.
2 enkelsängar rum med luftkonditionering, duschrum, fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin. Matsal och lounge med satellit-TV (Storbritannien, GER, FR). Stor terrass med gasgrill och pool mot syd. Ibiza Style dekoration.
Privat utomhusparkering reserverad. Tyst och säkert område.

Fabulous Villa

We have just enjoyed a wonderful two week stay at this great villa. Excellent location, easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Facilities were good and the outside space and pool just perfect. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Lovely little house

This is a lovely and very well equipped little house in a well kept urbanisation. It is close to the beach and all amenities...and has the added advantage of having a supermarket and a couple of restuarants just outside. The pool area is private and sheltered.

Fantastic Jávea house

We love love love this house! Outside area is fabulous and the kitchen is well equipped plus the gas Barbeque. We are 2 adults and 2 teenage girls and all loved the closeness to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the beach. We also used it as a base for exploring further afield. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Villa!

Great location and beautiful villa ! Photos and description are very accurate Owners …please upgrade the pillows and bedding! The villa is so beautiful and the bedding and pillows are the only thing to let it down. I still wouldn’t hesitate in going back as everything else is spot on 😊. Pool and outdoor area are perfect!

Beautiful bungalow

We had a lovely holiday although we had to come home a day early because of family illness. Bungalow is perfectly located and well equipped. Outside area is exceptionally private with lovely pool and sitting areas. Beds & showers very satisfactory also. Sylvia the housekeeper was lovely and extremely helpful. Only thing preventing 10/10 score was bed clothes, pillows & bleach stained towels which all need replacing. However we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Stylish House

Had a fantastic holiday in this beautifully stylish home, has everything you could need, lovely and clean, outside area is simply perfect with lots of space for alfresco dining, pool is perfect size for cooling dip, relaxed seating areas and very peaceful. Sylvia was wonderful and messaged me prior to arrival. Urbanisation is perfect location with beach, shops and numerous restaurants a pleasant stroll away. Overall a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to friends and hope to return. Thank you

Nice property

Property is very nice, transfer from Alicante with Vincent was quick and Victor met us and gave us keys. Short walk to big supermarket but this is shut on Sundays and bank holidays. Chinese buffet and very nice coffee/pizza restaurant neabye also spanish style restaurant. Short not very picturesque walk to a lovely beach with many restaurants. Shame there was no welcome pack of basics.

Even better than in the photos.

This little house is very stylish, clean and bright. The garden is a sun trap. When it is windy on the beach we went back to the pool and there was no wind so its shaded. What I like about it is there is other houses around but you can hardly see a window in certain parts of the garden so very private. We will be going back again. Thanks

Wonderful break

Such a good location- peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with no nighttime noise but very quick (10 min) walk to the arenal beach area which is more lively with bars and restaurants. Very handy supermarket less than 5 min walk away, plus pharmacy and doctor if needed. Do try to venture up to the port/old town areas, lots to see up there! Villa is really well appointed and beautifully decorated! We can’t wait to come back! Recommended taxi driver (provided by property manager after booking) was also very reliable and good value. Housekeeper excellent for quick help/tips such as where to take bins out etc

Very nice location, but not as quiet as expected

Nice little and complete house on perfect location, enjoyed the beach and boulevard of Javea! Unfortunately it was also less quiet than we expected; the house is not a detached house, but attached to other houses. Tha's not clear on the images. Also it's located on a park next to a small road, which has a lot of traffic (cars) from residents all day / evening, people passing by and chatting, dogs barking etc. A very "lively" neighbourhood. Some might enjoy it though ;-) Also, the bathroom wasn't really fresh/clean; a weird smell, probably from the shower drain, but also a lot of flies. Really could use an update.Just like both AC units...they make a lot of noise and aren't cooling down very well. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay!

Süßes Ferienhaus im Boho Stil

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit an der Costa Blanca. Dieser Standort lädt dazu ein die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier ist immer etwas los. Auch Lebensmittel können ganz bequem zu Fuß besorgt werden. Ein absolutes Muss liegt gleich vor der Anlage, das Restaurant Bar las Olas. Das Essen, der Service als auch der Preis, der absolute Hammer! Die Kommunikation mit Victor, dem Housekeeper und seiner Frau war sehr gut. Im Haus müsste das ein oder andere erneuert werden. Dies muss man ehrlich zugeben. Die Decken auf dem Sofa sollten ausgetauscht werden. Die Verschmutzungen gingen leider nach dem Waschen nicht raus. Bei zwei Matratzen sind die Federn deutlich zu spüren, diese sollten getauscht werden. Der Outdoor Hängesessel darf nur bis zu einem Maximal Gewicht genutzt werden. Außerdem ist er bereits defekt. Aus diesem Grund einfach austauschen oder weglassen. Abgesehen von diesen Mängeln hatten wir eine unvergessliche Zeit und können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Lovely property, fab location

We have just returned from two weeks in this lovely bungalow. It is perfectly located on a gated, quiet urbanisation. 3-5 minute walk to a large supermarket (open Sundays peak season) and pharmacy. 10-15 minute slow stroll to the promenade beach with its many restaurants/bars/shops. There are many other shops etc nearby, away from the beach. I wouldn't recommend walking to Old Town - at the promenade you can get the local "tourist train" (5 Euros) or taxi (8 Euros each way). The bungalow was well equipped and I can't think of anything we felt it lacked. Having said that, previous reviews mention the bedding and that would be our only criticism. We relocated two pillows temporarily from the second bedroom to boost the ones in the main bedroom, but they remained flat and bumpy. I do hope the owner takes this and previous comments onboard to renew them. The bathroom did on occasion smell a bit (as previous reviewers also mentioned) but it was not a permanent odour and with the door closed was not a problem. After all, how much time do you spend in a bathroom anyway? The pool was a little cool first thing, but the temperature improved as the day progressed and was very welcome on hot days. The owner has been very responsive to any queries (including help with taxi transfer information) and the housekeeper was brilliant, helping out with any queries we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again - if they buy new pillows, lol.

Beautifully decorated and traditional decor with modern conveniences. Beds are adequate. Pillows super thin and small. Pool is not heated. Quiet area - good 15-17 minute walk to beach. Grocery store nearby on foot - however a busy stretch of road to access it with no sidewalk. Complex is worn but unit is meticulously clean. Gated complex.

Relaxing and god holiday in a nice bungalow

Cozy bungalow in quiet surroundings with a very good location. A short distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The outdoor area is very well sheltered with a lovely pool and barbecue area. We had ten lovely days in the house and would love to come back. The minus with the house was an embarrassing sewage smell in the bathroom. Hostess Sylvia should have the plumber check this.

Heerlijk huisje!

Prettig verblijf in dit zomerhuis in 'Ibiza-style' (precies zoals op de foto's). Zorgvuldig ingericht en niks op aan te merken! Veel buitenruimte met schaduwplekken en prima zwembadje. De communicatie over de ontvangst en vertrek verliep prima. Het huisje staat op een kleinschalig parkje in een soort buitenwijk. Wel lekker rustig. Het is op loopafstand van het strand en om de hoek van een grote supermarkt. De oude binnenstand van Javea is op 5 minuten rij-afstand. Aanrader is de Vismarkt aldaar! Wat ik miste in het huis is informatie over de omgeving (zoals bijv. de prachtige baaitjes Platja de la Granadella en Cueva de los Arcos).

My children and I really enjoyed the stay at the villa. It is a spacious, great location and the pool was fantastic. The villa is well equipped and both the house keeper and the owner of the property were very accommodating and happy to help when contacted. We will certainly be back

Schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin hat prima funktioniert. Unser erster Eindruck vom Haus war soweit ok. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Negativ aufgefallen sind dann aber die schmutzigen Polster / Auflagen draußen und das Sofa. Richtig dreckig mit einer dreckigen Decke drauf. Und die weißen Liegen draußen sparkig /schimmelig und verrostet. Negativ war auch dass das Haus selbst für spanische Verhältnisse sehr hellhörig ist. In diesem 4-Personen Haus sind zum Beispiel nur 4 Becher vorhanden. Man muss also die Spülmaschine jeden Tag anstellen um wieder sauberes Frühstücksgeschirr zu haben. Irgendwie am falschen Ende gespart. Eine fehlende Außendusche ist ebenfalls nicht so toll. Ein kleines Handtuch (50x100 cm) neben den 4 Großen ist für 4 Personen einfach zu wenig. Die Badezimmertür kann man nicht abschließen. Und die kleinen schwarzen Motten überall (besonders im Badezimmer) waren ziemlich ekelig. Insgesamt nicht so sauber und gepflegt wie wir es erwartet haben.

Aangenaam verblijf

Het huis is aangenaam ingericht ,rustig helegen in afgebakende woonzone en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen. Heel goed gelegen want is kortbij mooi zandstrand en genoeg eet en drinkgelegendheden. Er zijn ook wel enkele puntjes waar nog aan gewerkt kan worden.( kleine opfrisbeurt mss)
