  • Marvellous apartment completely renovated, with private terrace and pleasant views of the Nou Fontana canal. Located in the heart of Arenal de Jávea, just 200 metres from Arenal Beach, it offers a perfect combination of comfort, equipment and excellent location to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



    Accommodation

    The dwelling is distributed entirely on a single level, offering a comfortable and functional stay. It has three bedrooms, a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a full bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.



    The living-dining room has a pleasant seating area and direct access to the terrace, from where beautiful views of the Nou Fontana canal can be enjoyed. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as an outdoor sofa, creating a perfect space to relax or enjoy outdoor meals.



    The apartment has capacity for up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms distributed across two rooms with queen-size beds and one room with two single beds, ensuring comfort and rest for all guests.



    The American kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, crockery and cookware, allowing you to enjoy the stay with total autonomy.



    The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, as well as a heat pump for the cooler months. Additionally, it offers free WiFi and a Smart TV.

The charming old town of Jávea is approximately 3 kilometres away, offering a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.

Venecia Beach Appartement Jávea

The styling of the appartement and the very nice spot. View on the harbour. Communicate in front whether there’s a renovation somewhere in the complex. There was a renovation at floor above us and above that floor. But you offered an alternative appartement. That was a nice guesture.
