This villa is ideal for two families or a large family



Casa Crystal is a typical Spanish villa with two separate apartments in Javea, equipped with every luxury and comfort. The villa was completely renovated and newly decorated in late 2023 and has a large private pool with adjacent BBQ and four terraces with lots of privacy.



The spacious, ground floor, upstairs apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has two spacious bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single bed). In front of the upper apartment is another large terrace with a dining area for 8 people and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue.



The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has two bedrooms (2x single bed). The other bedroom has a bunk bed and the living room has a double sofa bed.



In the storage room there is a washing machine, microwave and the like.



The villa is quiet but centrally located, the nearest supermarket in the neighborhood is 1.1 km away and around the corner you will find restaurants. Just steps away you are at the two most beautiful beaches of Javea; the picturesque bay Cala Granadella 3 km (voted the most beautiful bay of the Costa Blanca!) and Playa de Ambolo 2.3 km (partly nude beach). The popular Arenal sandy beach, with numerous bars and restaurants on the promenade is only a 9-minute drive away. Tennis court is within walking distance and if you like golf you are on the golf course after 13 minutes drive.



Like many authentic Spanish villas, Casa Crystal has several stairs with handrails but is not suitable for disabled holidaymakers.



Rental of bed linen, towels and bath towels are required.



The rental rates are for the entire villa, apartments can also be rented separately. Ask for the custom rates.

The house is composed of 2 apartments that can also be independent.

Certified keys will be available and in case of loss you will have to discuss the cost with the owner.
