Modern and comfortable, our villa is situated in a cul-du-sac, in a quiet residential area, the garden is fully fenced, with private pool.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers privacy and a lovey garden with grass and tiled areas

You will be welcomed to enjoy the whole villa except two little rooms where we are storing our personal belongings. These two rooms will be locked.
Also, the whole garden of 770 m2 and the pool are all for your exclusive use and enjoyment.
Other things to note
Dining table and outside tables appear in the pics with 6 chairs - extra chairs will be supplied.
If you travel with children, please be aware our pool is not fenced. The covered terrace is on the first floor, please be careful with the stairs and the safety of your children while on the terrace. If you need a baby cot, please contact me in advance, so I can check if we could get one and at what cost.
Parties are not permitted, this is a quiet neighbourhood.
