Accommodation

The 207 m² dwelling with capacity for 8 people has a living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets, all distributed over two floors and with spacious and bright rooms.



On the main floor, which is directly accessed from the street, the villa offers a bright living room with a large modular sofa for relaxing, air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows of the living room lead to a wonderful terrace with a sunbed, chairs and sea views, from which you can go up to the marvellous solarium with a chill out area with a Balinese bed and incredible views. Next to the living room, the open space gives way to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete crockery and kitchen utensils. On this same floor there is one of the toilets and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second toilet and the other three bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, are located on the lower floor. All bedrooms have queen-size beds, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.



On this lower level, you can enjoy a colourful rest room with direct access to the marvellous exterior of the villa, with garden, private pool, outdoor shower, patio, sunbeds, gas barbecue and outdoor dining area. Situation

The villa is located in the Balcón del Mar urbanisation in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala Portixol" just 4 km away, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". It has several services in the surrounding area, including the well-known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometre away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometres away, which has the only sandy beach in Jávea and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The "ALC" airport is 100 km away. It is recommended to have a car to move around the area.
