Amazing place to stay, just beware that the stairs inside the house are STEEP and narrow. We love the location on the lake, and the ability to use the boat slip was a total selling point. Owners communicated back and forth very quickly and clearly. Do NOT take your boat directly to the house. Put your boat in at the public ramp before you get to the house, it can get a little rough the last mile or so in to the property. House was clean, roomy, and had everything you would need to prepare home cooked meals. We had an amazing time and definitely will look at renting again in the future!

Property was great! Clean and perfect for our group. The stairs on the inside of the house going to the bottom floor were a bit narrow but we used the outside most of the time unless it was raining. Distance to boat ramp to launch boat was not the best. Also this was the first house we rented at Grand Lake that we had to load up all our trash and take to the dumpsters. Not a huge deal by any means but definitely different for us.
