“The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!”

“Great location and great hotel. Really neat art deco style design. Nice queen size beds instead of doubles”

“Great stay”

“The room was spacious and beautiful. The hotel was amazing”

“Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

“Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

“Always a wonderful stay.”

“Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues.”

“Rymligt stadsnära lägenhetshotell. En kort gångpromenad från Convention Centre, och en något längre promenad till Riverwalk. Väldigt rymliga rum med kyl, frus, spis etc.”

“Everything was fine with the hotel, also the closeness to the city center as well as the very fresh HEB food store nextby.”

“Rymligt rum och stort badrum. Bekvämt och sköna sängar. Det enda vi kan klaga på är att duschen inte blev varm. Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Stor och god frukostbuffé. Hotellet låg minuter från Alamo och riverwalk. ”

“The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received.”
