“We stayed at The Hoxton Brussels for one night, and it was truly a magical experience. The hotel has a timeless design with stunning interiors that perfectly balance style and comfort. Our room offered a beautiful view over the city, making our stay even more memorable. The rooftop bar was a real highlight, with a fantastic atmosphere and great tacos. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to...

“A amazing hotel and a great location. A stunning roof bar with helpful staff. Can really recommend this hotel”

“Amazing and very comfortable hotel. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The spa is wonderful and the massage was incredible. The breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant Palais Royal was a very big disappointment. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and the service staff were very professional and attentive. However, the kitchen was very disappointing. None of the dishes served reached the level one would expect. What a pity. That said, I would still highly recommend...

“We had a fantastic stay at Cardo Brussels and would happily return. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is excellent, with many of Brussels’ main attractions within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transport. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. It...

“The hotel presents a refined interior and well‑kept rooms, but the location is less appealing. During low season I was assigned a claustrophobic room with a window facing a wall, which significantly diminished the stay. Service felt unusually limited, with only two Nespresso capsules included and additional ones sold at reception. Given the strong competition in the area, I will choose other hotels in Brussel next visit.”

“I tried to book a hotel through the app, but it kept glitching and I had to switch back and forth between the app and my browser. When the booking finally went through, I received a check-in email and realized the date was wrong. I contacted both customer care and the reception, but neither would change the booking by one day or offer a refund. As a result, I lost my money because of a faulty booking process. On the bright side, I discovered another place to stay. which I'll be using from now...
