“We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. “It was a great stay in a good area. Excellent internet. Only small little obstacle was the gym, could have been a little bit better equipped but that’s just small business in an overall judgement. ”

“The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,”

“The hotel is fancy and the ambiance was great. The room is super. The staff is friendly. The area around is Ok but close to Airport and easy access through any Careem taxi, took us 2 min to have Careem at the door step. Room was clean and house keeping was wellcoming, room service was cooperative. Will do it again.”

“Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. ”
