Bemötande vi fick från personalen i receptionen var hemskt, jag ville gå darifrån och förlora min betalning och leta efter ett annat hotell men jag hade min fru och lilla son som var trött och vi bestämde oss för att stanna. Lyckligtvis var det bara för 2 nätter. Rummet luktade som någon hade rökt inuti. Jag var tvungen att fråga personalen att spruta luft fräschare. Jag är vanligtvis en positiv och tålmodig person men här måste jag vara ärlig. Jag skulle inte stanna där även gratis och kommer inte rekommendera hotellet till mina andra vänner eller familj.

Average experience
As a group of 3 female friends we flew to Jeddah for the weekend from the UAE. The hotel was approximately 15-20 mins drive from the airport and located across the road from Al Salaam Mall. We found the hotel and room to be lovely and clean with a nice but small indoor/outdoor pool. The service staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The female receptionist was helpful and friendly. The younger, male receptionist was not so helpful. Communication regarding pool and gym times for females was not made very clear and towels etc were not provided at the pool during this time (there were no staff to be seen). Overall it was a pretty average experience.

The Hotel needs a SERIOUS renovation
once I first check in they gave me a terrible room smoking which bothered me alot - since my flight arrived late and I already paid the whole room from the day before. next day they changed in a better room 10th floor however the ceiling was leaking with water, I told them they were supposed to fix but it continued to leak time to time. on the other hand side the complementary water was good. I enjoyed the autopark alot. the bed was so comfortable and clean. only the toilet was a bit smelling.
