Welcome to Big Dipper — a resort-style glamping escape right on the water's edge of Lake Monticello in Jenkinsville, South Carolina, where your next family adventure is written in the stars!

Big Dipper is a lakefront geodome with 3 bedrooms, all with KING beds, 2 bathrooms, and a loft with two queens, with sunset views. It sleeps up to 10 guests.

STARGAZING, LIKE NOWHERE ELSE
Lake Monticello is relatively undeveloped, with very little lighting, so the stars are clearly visible at night — dark skies that would not be possible on a busy, developed lake. Sleep under the stars through the dome's skylight, and spend your evenings stargazing from inside the dome or out under the open sky.

Please note: your hot tub, beach area, and kayaks are private to Big Dipper. They are not shared with the other dome.

There's something for everyone on the property: Big Dipper is for large groups, Little Dipper is for families, and the Polaris stargazing tent, coming soon, will be for couples. The Polaris tent's structure is up, with its interior buildout underway over the next few months.
