This beautiful 2/2 condo pool view, located on the first floor corner unit. A wrap around porch will allow renters to store their bike and easily cruise around in the pleasant-around weather and experience fantastic restaurants and pristine beaches ( Bicycle not included), direct beach access. We are sanitizing / disinfecting between guest for you safety, everything you need is provided for. kitchen fully equipped, water fall quartz countertop new stainless steel appliances, Bathrooms re-done tile floor throughout, this condo has one 65" TV in the Master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room, full size washer /dryer, motorized shades for your privacy This unit has new impact windows throughout, step out and enjoy our heated pool, gym and club house.
30 days minimum stay
There is a Non- refundable application fee of $150.00 for approval to be paid by the tenant and submitted to the Association 30 days prior your stay

April 2024 vacation

The condo was wonderful! We did far too much eating, shopping and relaxing! Lizette was an awesome host and was very responsive to any of our questions. We will definitely rent from her again if she will have us! Thank you so much for a memorable time.

Fantastic condo

We really enjoyed our 4 weeks at this condo. It's beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every dish, glass, pot, pan, small appliance and cutlery you could imagine and they were all new. There were remote controlled blinds, comfortable living room furniture, super comfortable beds, and lots of closet & storage space. The wrap around screened-in porch was perfect to store pool & beach stuff and we also used it as a playroom for our grandkids visit. The condo is a few feet from the gate into the pool. This made it so convenient for us to run back in and out for whatever we needed. The people at the condo are welcoming & friendly. We were invited to pool aerobics, euchre night, cocktail parties, & ladies lunch. The owner was great to work with & very responsive to questions or issues. For example, the huge TV stopped working and after trouble shooting a solution without success, a new tv was brought over and installed within 30 hours. There were only 2 minor negatives for us. The location is not walkable to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. We happen to enjoy walking to everything and that wasn't the case here- and is true for pretty much anywhere along A1A. Lastly, I was unaware of a rental application fee that needed to be paid- despite the fact that our stay was paid in full a year before. The owner did rectify this to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo- it's a very special place.

Outstanding property and owners

The property was recently professionally renovated. All appliances, beds, TVs, and seating are high end quality and very comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. A very comfortable and inviting place to stay. Away from the winter crowds, but still convenient to quality restaurants and groceries. The grounds are secure, clean, and nicely maintained. We met many 'regulars' that are now friends. The owners handled the rental process professionally and were very responsive to the few questions we had at that time. We had no problems during our stay. We will return.

A wonderful vacation spot

The condo was very clean. It was right next to the pool and a few steps from the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The owners were very responsive to our needs and so nice to communicate with throughout our time there.

Excellent Condo and Owner!

This condo is in great shape with updated everything and includes all necessary items for eating and living. It is located near the swimming pool, exercise room, and beach. The blender stopped working and within 12 hours the owner replaced it. We are very pleased with this condo and owner and highly recommend it!

From the moment that you arrive, you feel that you're in a very special place; the care put into the decorating and amenities far exceeded our expectations. Our six-week stay flew most in part by the location, surroundings, and fantastic attention to detail. We would not only recommend the location, but we would certainly look to stay there again and again...
