Spacious Beach House in Nettles Island Hutchinson Beach

  • Spacious and very clean two story 3/3 home with open floor plan located in a cozy community in the heart of Hutchinson Island. Walk in to a beautifully decorated living room, which offers a comfy full size memory foam sofa bed and 55' Smart TV. A full bathroom on the first floor and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space and bonus seating on the kitchen counter. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms two bathrooms. The large primary bedroom includes a queen bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and private balcony. Second bedroom includes two bunk beds and comfortably accommodates 4 children. Third bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV and desk with monitors.

    Nettles Island offers a private beach and pool for guests of the community. Many activities offered within the community such as pickle ball, basketball, mini golf, shuffle board, racquetball, tennis and ping pong. Within the community there is also marina with boat ramp, grocery store, restaurant, and beach cafe. No golf cart is provided however, golf cart rental available for convenient access to the island and 24 hour security. Ask for details.

This property worked well for our group of 5 adults. Would have been a 5 if not for the dishwasher being broken, and the added security at the gate (an inconvenience). It is important to provide all names for adult renters well ahead, and that message was communicated 3 days before arrival, when I was busy and missed the message.The place was nice and clean, and we had enough kitchen tools, etc. Bedrooms were comfortable. The bunk room had no place to hang anything as the closet is blocked by a bed. Like most stays, wish there were hooks available in all rooms.Nettles has good amenities and beach access with a crosswalk across A1A. An umbrella and two chairs were available with the house (nice). Parking is limited, but can use nearby bath house spot if needed.Enjoyed our visit at this house!

Home was very clean and spacious with all necessary provisions. LR couch was mildly uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time there. Great amenities. Wish there was outside space for entertaining. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect location

The home was very comfortable for all. We had adults, young kids and early teens. Everyone had a great time and plenty of room. Great fishing very short walk from the house. There were also plenty of great beaches across the street and just short ride down the road. Easy check in and out, very clean place even had grill and smoker.

The family built great memories

Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay. The house is confy and cozy. The community has store and pool and also anothe pool right across from the beach. We were between the pool and the beach. The owner was very fast in replying when we had questions. We look forward to going back one day.

Great stay, great host at Nettles Island

The property was great! Very clean, spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. We had half a week with just our family of 4 and then we had friends stay with us for the other half. 4 adults and 4 kids were happy and perfectly comfortable. Our host, Ruben, was super nice and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and host if you’re looking for a great stay on Nettles Island!
