Important Access Note: This reservation is for the main house only. The guest house is not included in your booking and may be rented separately. Main house guests have full access to the 2 pools and the movie theater. If the guest house is booked during your stay, some outdoor/common areas and activities (such as outdoor games and activity areas) may be shared between both reservations.

1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.

Additional House Rules:
-No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.
-Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).
-No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
-No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.
-Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.
-Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.
