SUITABILITY: Single-story home with one step, bathroom shower also requires a step down as it can be used as a small tub, great for families and traveling workers

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), free off-site parking in walking distance

SAFETY: Fire extinguishers (2 - one in kitchen and one by laundry room), smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in each bedroom, first aid kit

CLEANING: We take cleaning seriously and our team works hard to keep the house spotless & free of any germs. We don't require you to do a list of chores, but we do ask for to treat the property with courtesy and take your trash out.

WILDLIFE: Wild peacocks live in the area and frequently stop by the house. They are friendly and beautiful - we love their visits and hope you get to also. You may also see other wildlife local to the area, such as lizards. Keeping the doors/windows open will encourage lizards and pests to come inside. We do treat the house regularly to keep them out.

PETS: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, not to exceed 2 dogs (cats are not allowed). A $200 pet fee will be applied to the price.

SECURITY CAMERA/RECORDING DEVICE: Front smart doorbell & front camera monitoring the driveway with video/audio capability. Minut noise monitor inside. The devices will be on during your stay - we will not be actively monitoring the devices but receive alerts. They are for noise/occupancy monitoring, and security during vacancy.
