âHotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.â
âStaff should be more cheerful, helpful and pleasant. Christine at the reception was nice. But not the rest. Hardly smile. You g lad at the restaurant is argumentative. With these corrections, considering the location I ll defenetly recommend the hotel to our Swedish clientsâ
âVery nice hotel in the city center, in a side street, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was good with warm and cold options, a lot of fruits like strawberries, apricots, cherries etc.

It's located in the city centre with no more than 200 meters to the republic square, and is surrounded by great restaurants and shops, so we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment had a kitchen with all sorts of equipments to make breakfast or any other meal, which was very comfortable. They had the best service with very nice and kind staff that helped answering the questions we had and helped us book...
âI was really impressed from the city of Yerevan and the hotel was also very nice! The stuff was professional but very friendly and helpful in the same time as their advice were really good. The room was so spacious as was the bathroom! Very clean aswell. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet was very comfortable with lots of choices. I would stay there again for sure.â
