Hola buenas tardes, Para mantener el apartamento limpio de insectos, hormigas etc.. pedimos que los clientes durante su estancia se encarguen de bajar su basura (por salubridad y por su bienestar) Referente al servicio de habitaciones, si pueden optar porque no se les entren en el apartamento. En su caso, necesitaban toallas secas, papel higienico, bolsas de basura..etc.. Si entramos a cambiar las toallas, limpiar/desinfectar es siempre con todas las medidas higienicas y de proteccion (Protocolo covid-19) muchas gracias!

Dear Maxwell, we apologize for the inconveniences for the bad smell in bathroom. The apartment was checked in the afternoon and everything was ok. We don't know what is was due to. Maintenance service has been already noticed. In relation to the bedrooms size, they are standard. Space enough for two singles bed, one double bed, furniture and luggage. About the electricity, this is an ancient and protected 1640 palace-house. Electricty energy power is set up for precaution to avoid any kind of short-circuit, more so when there's no staff in reception from 20.00. But every apartment is provided with air conditioned and heating, and heaters and blankets in the bedrooms. Even so this, and for the same rate, we offered you another bigger apartment with 3 bedrooms (you booked for 2 bedrooms), because we understand that it was our duty to compensate you for this first awkward experience, but you reject it completely. You said that you had booked for a parking place and requested a cradle. After checking that, we saw that there was any of those requests, but we prepared the cradle. We helped you with the luggage to bring it to your apartment. We've done everything that was in our hands to compensate and to make you feel confortable. Cancellation policies are clear. Regards.
