The house was clean and ready when promised. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything weas workign property of additionals were quickly delivered. The kitchen was well stocked and all items clean and fresh.

Very convenient for large groups commuting into Manhattan on bus/PATH. Generally clean property although could do with some maintenance around the place, like in bathrooms where we had a small leak from the ceiling etc. Host very responsive and the value is great.

The host is very good with communication, fast responses. She was always quick to help if any concerns arises. The home was cozy, clean, and big enough to fit me and my big family. Beautiful home!

Found a joint in the basement and food in the microwave. Socks, a chicken bone, and trash were on the floor. Broken knobs on the stove and broken lamps and foosball table. Smelled like marajuana. Very spacious. Very responsive when we got locked out.

The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood within walking distance to PATH. Property was mostly clean but has a few maintenance issues. It did not hinder our experience. Check in instructions were not given in app as they were supposed to be. I was super nervous after driving 9 hours. I realized it during rush hour. It took about 20 minutes for a response but once the message was received, communication was excellent. We had to go up to the 2nd floor to get in and then the space was split between 2 levels so expect stairs. This is a tri-level property and the 3rd floor has people living in it. The ground floor level is all tile, even in the bedrooms and the stove on that level is out of service. The kitchen had what we needed and we felt that we got an excellent value for our money. I would absolutely book again. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, felt safe, and worked well for our group. There were lots of beds, and we found them comfortable. Nisha was very responsive and quickly brought additional toilet paper when we realized there was only a half roll provided for a home with three bathrooms.Be prepared for walking upstairs. However, there is a back entrance to the ground level, which was very helpful for those in our group who do not do well with climbing stairs.There were, however, several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed. The bathroom blinds were broken with only strings hanging down, which didn’t provide much privacy from neighboring homes. The washing machine rubber seal was heavily covered in mildew. In the downstairs bathroom, there was a hole in the shower ceiling, and the shower faucet appeared to be barely secured with caulking.That said, we mainly used the home for sleeping and showering, and it served our needs. We would consider staying again in the future with the hope that these maintenance issues are taken care of.
