• No smoking/vaping indoors, common areas, or turf (strict $1000 fine for violations)
• Check-in: 4:00 PM (early check-in $50/hr)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out $50/hr)
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, photoshoots, or pets
• Booking holder must be 25+ with valid ID and present during stay
• Respect neighbors and shared spaces

Security & Safety
For the protection of our guests and the property:
•Four exterior security cameras are installed: one at the front entrance, one at the side door, one at the backyard entrance door, and one inside the garage (facing only exterior access points).
•No cameras or recording devices are ever placed inside the home.
Tampering with or disabling any security camera is strictly prohibited.

This quiet neighborhood includes tenants above and below. Please maintain the peace and home`s quality.

Key Policies
• No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors, in common areas and especially outdoors on the turf. Violators will result in removal and a $1000 fine.
• Check-In: 4:00 PM (Early Check-in Fee: $50/hr)
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Late fee: $50/hr).
• Guest Limit: Only listed guests may stay overnight.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM-7:00 AM.

General Rules
• Children must be supervised
• No rearranging furniture or tampering with electronics.
• Turn off appliances and lights when leaving.
• No mail, pets, or pre-check-in bag storage.

Prohibited Activities
• No parties, events, photoshoots or crypto mining. Extra utility use incurs fees.

Additional Notes
• Booking holder (25+ with ID) must be present throughout the stay.
• Respect shared spaces and respect neighbor`s privacy.

We reserve the right to retain your deposit for rule violations.
