Sheraton Lincoln Harbor provided a nice respite from Manhattan while still being close enough to travel into the city with ease. Very nice view of the city across the river. The ferry stop was right in front of the hotel, which was super convenient. There is also a metro bus stop on the same street as the hotel (short walk). It took about 15-20 minutes to get through the tunnel and into Manhattan mid-town port authority - from there you can hop on the subway or take a short Uber ride to your desired destination. This is a nice location for families visiting NY.
The room was spacious with a sitting area, two tvs, and an executive style desk, as well as a large bathroom. One complaint was that the temperature control did not work in the room and the windows did not open. It was stuffy and too warm at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest in terms of hospitality.
Enjoyed the location and price of the hotel the most. A better option if you don’t want to pay the high prices in Manhattan. We were visiting NY for 9 days. We stayed in Manhattan for 4 nights and at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor for 5 nights - which saved us about $1,000.
