    You will have the BEST Manhattan view only 30 seconds walking to our house. It is family friendly neighborhood with 24/7 public transportation access to Manhattan.

    All of our furnitures are brand new, and house is located 1 minute walking to huge supermarket.

    We live walking distance from this house, and available to answer any questions you have.

    Lastly, parking can be aranged for certain dates ❤️

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Familienfreundlich und viel Platz. Unterkunft war sauber. Lage auch sehr gut! 15 Min. mit Bus zum Times Square. Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage.

The property manager was friendly, answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The location was great. Our family of 6 was comfortable in the apartment and had a very good experience.

Check in was contactless and super easy. The place is really close to the bus stop. The bus picks up frequently, and it was a quick trip to the port authority and a quick walk to Times Square. Space was large with living room and kitchen area.

L'hôte, très serviable, nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour, très pratique. Appartement idéalement situé, à 20 mn du centre de Manhattan en bus, au calme. Appartement très propre, grandes chambres. Il serait utile d'ajouter quelques éléments dans la cuisine.

Very clean and convenient location to the bus which took us straight into port authority. Beautiful views from the boulevard to manhattan. A few wine glasses would be nice to relax with tired feet at the end of the evening, but otherwise, coffee, shampoo/showergels/ towels etc supplied. Thank you!

Very convenient location, walking distance from the bus stop to Manhattan, as well as a supermarket nearby. The house is spacious with three separate bedrooms, which is not so easy to find. Ozzy's communication ahead of our stay was great, but sadly when we arrived the house wasn't ready for check-in. We had to wait an hour or two while he sent out housekeeping. He did apologize, but after a long flight, it wasn't what we had hoped for. Bear in mind wifi can be spotty too.Other than that we had a great time!

Cute and cozy home. Convenient for our family of 5. We walked to the ferry or bus stations that took us over to Times Square easily. House was neat and well stocked. Area was safe and people in the neighborhood were very friendly.
Cold night, felt safe walking the street at midnight to get to Airbnb.

Clean. Decent location. Parking isn’t the best but I’ve seen worse in NY. Great stay. Easy check-in/out. Host responds quickly. A lot of space. Neighborhood is nice.

Clean, Comfrotable, and Convenient

The apartment was perfect for our group of seven. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, and has amazing views of manhattan from the nearby park. Parking can be tricky but we were able to find safe and affordable options nearby, and utilized the public transportation options daily. We were very pleased with our stay!

Jersey city family vacation

Compared to the city this was very spacious. We loved the area we hung out in the kitchen most nights. They offered us great suggestions for places around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

I will start with Ozzy was very nice and fast to respond. I will also add that we felt safe and the area was nice.The concerns we had was cleanliness. We found the property to look clean on the surface but lacked actual cleanliness. The fridge needed to be scrubbed down to use. There was debris in the corners and marijuana left in the cabinet with rolling papers.The beds were the next issue as the all were folded in the middle so you sunk in and it was not comfortable. There was also one bed that creaked so loud you could not stop waking up with the slightest movement.Last, the photos were real but very deceiving. There was outlets sticking out of wall, hole in the ceiling around light and kitchen drawer that moves the stove if you tried to close it.
