Stayed 6 days - after extending by two days initially before I arrived. Both good and bad: Had to pay up front for all 6 days when I arrived. Our room was small - and bathroom was too small. When we wanted to leave and find another hotel, they refused a refund ( with Hotels.com trying for us as well). But...manager upgraded our room to one of their best rooms...30% larger, and better bathroom, and with a balcony - much better! Made our stay so much nicer. Food...in Israel- is beyond expensive, almost dangerously high for everyone, including Israelis...All over the country. Budget accordingly. Not the hotel's fault- they charged $35/breakfast per adult per day. This is everywhere. Even hamburgers in town are $20 each, and $10 each at McDonalds! Location: The best in Jerusalem! Right on a main square, with shops, musicians playing at night, the electric train right next door, super easy walking everywhere - even to the old city. Yes- I would stay again - only if I get their better rooms. In the hotel picture, The Arthur is the taller of the two buildings. Located in a walk-only square, no cars allowed! A little challenging to find, but easy once you know the "streets" nearby.
