Property was not the one indicated on vrbos website.. it was not located as the one on the website as well. Property was for 5 people the apartment given was enough to fit 3 people. When contacting the host, he admitted it was a diffrent location. When asking the host to correct his error I was completty ignored. It took the host 5 days to send a cot for the extra member in my family. My family member had to sleep on the floor. I contacted vrbo multiple times. Sent emails of pictures. Vrbo sent the host an official email, but the host did not get back to me until weâll after 24 hours. He sent a cot. He did not try to rectify the situation. And neither did vrbo. Vrbo promised to email, and contact every time I hung up the phone with a agent. But never did I get a reply back with any updates as indicated.
