I did not got the rum ,i have prayed for.. i got small rum with two separat bed and i did not sept well two night and i told them i can not sleep at night becouse bed was slight .. then the change Another rum but still wasn't the rum i booked with armchair. The horrible rum was 310 the the change to 315 after two night i could not sleep. I paid a lot but i did not got what i have paid for. I think u shoul paid some of money back becouse the rum i got was very cheap compare with the price i paid for nice. When i tolk with maneger , he keep telling that no the rum you have paid is for tree people. I told yes i know and i have read paid .... but he refuse to give the rum becouse i was just one person ... its not fear ,!!!!!!!!

Well recommended hotel for your Jerusalem stay!
We stayed here our first night in Palestine. The location of the hotel is great. You can walk very easily and quick to the old city. Central but quiet. We had a balcony facing towards the Mount of Olives. Our room was small but comfortable. Clean and fresh. The bed were a real double bed and not two single beds put together which I really appreciated. Good curtains that made the room dark during sunny mornings when you wanna sleep in. The bathroom served you with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, comb, sewing kit, shoe shiner and shower cap. Another addition to luxurious feeling is that the hotel provide you a robe to chill around with in the room. I couldn't get the rain shower function to work in the shower and I didn't bother to ask since we were only staying one night so it might have been just me not knowing how to handle it. We had an overall good stay in Legacy. The WIFI was not working in the room, only in the lobby. Not sure if its a good or bad thing since I could put my phone aside in the room. In the lobby there was WIFI. The hotel staff was helpful when I wanted to store my bags there a few hours after check-out. Well recommended hotel when you visit Jerusalem!

Great Hotel. Good value!
Within 10 minutes from Damaskus gate and old Jerusalem. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Whould stay here again next time!

Comfortable rooms, amazingly helpful staff, lovely view from the room’s balcony. Pretty close to everything. Walking distance to Bab Al-Amoud.

The hotel was a short walking distance to the Damascus Gate of the Old City. The hotel itself was comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was vert satisfactory but staff could be a bit more attentive to the coffee machine which needed cleaning inside and out. Also, it's not good when there is no milk at breakfast as happened on one occasion.

hotel is good, located just outside the muslim quarter of the old city so very convenient to visit Jerusalem. perhaps a bit pricey.

Great location and nice rooms
Hotel location is great, very close to old city. Rooms with nice view, very clean with new furniture. Breakfast buffet contains multiple options and salads.

Legacy in Jerusalem
The hotel was clean and comfortable, though I'm not sure I'd call it a 4-star hotel. It seemed rather expensive but after a few months in Jerusalem, I discovered that the Legacy is about average in price for the area. The hotel is very close to the Old City so walking is very convenient. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Pleasant stay but outdated rooms
Ideal location to visit Jerusalem old city/ The hotel looks good but the room was a bit out-dated. The air was damped and some of the paint on the wall and ceilings was off, some crumbles of the ceilings dopped on the quilt of the bed... Breakfast was nice and the staff as well, nice welcoming process.

Vaikka Legacy Hotelli on yksi Jerusalemin vanhimpia hotelleja, oli se restauroitu erittäin taiten. Selkeä ja yksinkertainen arvokas sisustus. Lisäksi pidin hotellin sijainnista. Aivan lähellä Jaffa- ja Damaskos portteja. Hyvä aamu ja iltajumppa kävellä aivan ydinkeskustaan. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen hotellin viidennessä kerroksessa, josta hyvät näkymät esimerkiksi öljymäelle. Mistä en pitänyt oli huoneiston ilmastointi, joka piti pikkaisen ääntä. Sain kuitenkin nukuttua hyvin.

The hotel was in a great location to walk to the Old City, downtown restaurants and many interesting sites. It have both a formal and informal restaurant on site. The room included a great breakfast and was reasonably priced. I would fully recommend this to everyone.

The location is just perfect!!! It is only about 8 mins walk to the Old City. The hotel is very close to a train station that will take you to city central bus stop ( from there you can go to Tel-Aviv, Dead sea etc, and the hotel is close to the bus station that will take you to Bethlehem, take bus 231. When you are in Bethlehem, you will be approach by many taxi drivers... You don’t really need a taxi if you go to the Church of the nativity. It will be about 15 mins walk. The Hotel is not far from restaurants and shops. Customer service in this hotel is amazing.

Very nice hotel, close to the Old City, with clean and comfortable rooms. Shower and wifi work just fine, breakfast is okay. 2 drawbacks: the very old TV and the lack of parking - there is one parking lot across the street but it is pricey and rates change all the time.
