“We were very pleased with our stay and will look at other Holiday Inn Express for our future stays. The staff were welcoming and our room was clean. The breakfast was phenomenal and not many places offer a nice breakfast to start your day. We had bacon, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had cereal, muffins, pancakes, oatmeal and fruit, as well as coffee and juices. It was close to being our best place to stay.”

“This place is less than a mile from the big casino, which was very convenient as we wanted to try our luck. The back parking lot is older and not attended and I wasn't sure if this was part of the place. The Derby Inn is gated so we felt secure there. The room was lovely and the small amenities they gave were great. We called ahead of time to see if we could get an earlier check in time and the staff were very accommodating. “We stayed in Hot Springs for a day and were looking for a decent hotel close to the downtown area and park. This fit the bill perfectly. The property was pretty clean and they served continental breakfast. All in all, not a bad hotel for the value.”

“There were ants in the kitchen and on the dishes as well as hair on the wall in the bathroom and it smelled like an old apartment instead of a fresh areas which could solely be because the age of the property other than that it was nice.”
