The lower level features a full entertainment setup including a 9-ft Diamond pool table, wet bar, and media area—perfect for movie nights or game nights.

I am always available, unless I am sleeping, but generally respond quickly.

The area is close to skiing/snowboarding (15 min to Hunter and Windham), atv rentals, mountain biking, and plenty of hiking. We have great suggestions for a place to get farm fresh eggs, grass fed Black Angus Beef and other meats, and other local gems that may not be available in a search. The neighborhood is very friendly with very few neighbors, so plenty of privacy.

You must have a car.

-All bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided (additional bedding can be found in a bedroom closet for downstairs sofa bed)

-Check-out is at 11:00 AM

-Please limit hot tub use to 6 guests to avoid mechanical issues

-While the home is private, neighbors are within distance—please be respectful of noise levels (Quiet outdoors after 10pm)

-Exterior security cameras are installed for safety; they do not face indoor spaces or the hot tub/deck area
