“Excellent hotel. ”

“Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues…”

“Very clean room and friendly staff.”

“Beautiful hotel. Near a lot of attractions, shopping and transit. Refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold.”

“the hotel river view room price was not right on the website hotel should correct it. But they still gave me river view room since it’s not my mistake.”

“Not recommended! The street corner where you should be able to roll your luggage, but the path was blocked, so you had to lift it up. “PERFECT! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.”

I think they at least waited until i was in my room before trying to see if they...
