The kitchen, measuring 25 m2, is generously sized and equipped with a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. Also on this level, 1 room of 15 m2 accommodates 2 beds, and the bathroom on this floor features a shower, WC, and a hydro massage shower. The ground floor also benefits from underfloor heating throughout.
