“We went to a show at the casino and it was conveniently located and priced well. The breakfast was good, I really loved the rosemary potatoes. The beds are very comfortable, pillows don't have a lot of firmness though if that is something you like. We didnt get to try the pool before we left.”

“Only disappointment was our group had 2 rooms. When booking one room was booked for 3 people, (thus costing more money). Both rooms had 1 bed and one pull out couch. If you are renting a room for 3 people have it manageable that you can love in the room with the couch out. Also provide sheets for the couch and enough towels for the 3 people the room is rented for!”

“For an older hotel in downtown Windsor, the price was right, it was well maintained with clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, and comfortable common areas. All staff were welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable providing good recommendations for restaurants and points of interest to check out. Amber at check-in was especially accommodating in resolving a noise complaint during our first night there. When I asked about the workout room, the housekeeping Manager took me directly there herself versus...

“The view from the room was amazing. We were quite comfortable there. The Starbucks coffee in the hotel lobby was pretty good. The location is excellent--easy walk to the casino, restaurants, and the Linq bus that took us to Detroit for a ball game. The riverfront area is lovely. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly.”
