“Cheap, clean and good location”

“We stayed at Junior suit but the room looked like has not been used for some time and it was super dusty many places. Toilet was not cleaned enough and smelled really stinky. The worse was the air conditioner. We run 16 degrees but the room was never cooled enough. We finally decided to leave earlier. ”

“I arrived late with the Shinkansen (around 10PM), check in was smooth and amenities were all available right by the check in desk. (Pajama, toothbrush, hair brush, tea, etc). Took the elevator up to my room that was lovely. Clean and curtains that shut out the light. Happily surprised to see a bathtub, my aching feet really needed that. Easy check out, super close to the station and easy to find. ”

“Our stay at Tsuruga Resort was incredible! From start to finish the staff were fantastic, food delicious and rooms amazing. I hope to stay again in future.”

“It was my second time staying at Tokyu Stay Hakodate Asaichi Akarinoyu, and it has been excellent both times. Both times, I have had a nice view from my room. I also enjoyed the view from the lounge. The proximity to both Hakodate station and the morning market is a huge plus. It is also near the Daimon Yokochō, which is a great place to have dinner. Having a laundry machine in the hotel room is very convenient. I really appreciated the staff watching my luggage after checking out. This...

During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to...

“Amazing hotel in its class, service 5 stars, extremely clean, newly renovated, quiet area and hotel, walking distance from ropeway and marina. Just amazing 😁”
