Zimmer Cottage is situated on a nice, centrally located dwelling, the cottage has a separate private entrance and you will be warmly welcomed to this fully-furnished, self-contained unit with its 3 areas, open plan kitchen, Bathroom, and comfy bedroom.

7km from OR Tambo airport and 18km from Sandton, the cottage is close to restaurants to enjoy a hearty meal or cappuccino.

We have a Solar power system and Geysers are heating during the day and on battery backup during the evening and nights.
The space
Not only is the Cottage a comfortable and secure boomed area (24hr security-patrolled street) but it is also conveniently located. The cottage is situated separately from the main residence and offers a 50m2 space with its own lounge/dining and work area, including 30 Meg WIFI Fibre connectivity and a TV set with Plex media of a wide range of movies and series. Backup Solar power to cover load shedding days.

The kitchenette opens onto a private, sunlit courtyard area with a braai area. The kitchen includes a standard fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and 4-plate stove.

The bathroom is clean, uncluttered, and fitted with a toilet, shower, and basin. Bathroom towels, and toilet paper are provided.

The cozy bedroom has been tastefully decorated and includes a queen-sized bed with sufficient cupboard space for longer-term visitors. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge area for additional sleeping arrangements for kids.

You will have access to the entire unit and enclosed outdoor courtyard area, with your own safe, off-street parking space for a medium-sized car.
A designated smoking area with an ashtray is available if required.
Guest access
The Cottage is isolated, and the guest has full access to the Cottage area.
Other things to note
It is important to note the Cottage is not daily serviced, should any additional. There is a cleaning service for R250. The service includes cleaning, fresh towels, fresh bedding and restocking of any consumables.
