The apartment is in a Sectional Title scheme with other permanent residents living there. We require our guests to adhere to the rules of conduct, and also to complete an indemnity for safety and compliance.

We have a stunning Housekeeping Team that will assist with cleaning on stays longer than 7 Nights. Please enquire with us, should you be in need of them. Kindly note that this service will be at an ADDITIONAL charge of R300.00, payable directly to the Housekeeping Team.
