Stay close to Gore Mountain and what all the Adirondack’s has to offer. Comfortable, relaxing, rustic themed log cabin with all new plush beds, linens and a professional massage chair to melt into after a day spent on the mountain trails, rivers, and with nature. The log cabin is a combination of new and hand crafted furniture gives the log cabin a unique and cozy feel as you hunker down in a genuine ADK winter wonderland.

Waiting for warmer weather? We are minutes from river fishing, several Adirondack lakes, mountain biking trails and more! The adventures are endless if you venture to Ausable Chasm or go out on the town in Saratoga.

Had another great President’s weekend at Chip’s cabin. The skiing at Gore was fabulous and the house had everything our group of six needed. We enjoyed the massage chair for a second year running. We would recommend this place and use it again.

The home was very clean and very accommodating. It is larger than the pictures show. The massage chair is such an awesome extra. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. We enjoyed Gore Mountain during our stay and the location was super convenient! The fact that it is on a main road and not deep down a side road eased our concerns with snowy/icy side roads. Our top 2 places to eat were The Black Bear and the deli literally 2 houses down. Must go there!

Great ski house!

Spent a few great nights here while skiing at Gore. The house is very spacious for a family of four. Everything seems brand new. Owner was very responsive. House is well-equipped. The massage chair is a great way to end a day of skiing.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

My family wanted a nice long weekend in the Adirondacks to ski at Gore Mountain and we booked this house. The house was perfect for my family. It was obviously recently renovated. The cabin in person was even more lovely than the photos. We loved the massage chair after skiing!! Chip was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would be happy to return! Oksana

Perfect spot for us!

This place was perfect for our family vacation to Lake George and the Adirondacks. We didn’t want to be right at the lake and this was far enough away from it while being centralized on what we were doing for the week. From check in to checkout the host was very responsive with any questions we had. The house was perfect for us and had lots of room. The bunk bed was a hit for our toddler and the massage chair was great for mom and dad. This place has everything you need for getaway to the Adirondack mountains and lake George! We made lots of memories there and hope to go back in the future!

Everything we hoped for and more!

We had a fantastic week at this property in early August. While, in general, the location left a little to be desired (on a busy, often loud road), everything else about our stay was excellent. The house is clearly newly remodeled and thoughtfully designed. Throughout our stay the word that kept coming to mind was "well appointed" - so many excellent touches, in the decor, as well as the amenities and attention to comfort and detail. The plentiful beds were all very comfortable and, on rainy days, we appreciated having TV's in multiple bedrooms, but also the downstairs game room, cozy spots for reading, and the incredible massage chair! Chip was a friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay there again! (Side note- be sure to check out Kelly's, a cafe and market less than 2 miles from the house, with excellent food and ice cream!)

Great 'Working' Kitchen

Everything was very nice. The best part (for me) was the kitchen and dining area set-up. We were able to create wonderful meals and serve them at the large dining table very comfortably.

Beautiful Custom Cabin

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with plenty of amenities for our stay. Definitely one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever gotten. There are little custom touches all over the cabin so be sure to keep an eye out for the details. The fire pit in the backyard made for some really nice nights sitting out under the stars and the massage chair in the living room was great for unwinding at the end of a long day of exploring. 30 minutes from Lake George and 40 from Glens Falls with plenty of attractions and activities to do all within range of about 20 miles from the cabin made the location perfect for our home base. The owner, Chip, is very responsive and gave me loads of suggestions as far as activities and restaurants go, it was really nice that he checked in with me also to make sure we were having a good time and to ask if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Adirondack’s.

Beautiful cabin paradise

Had a great time hiking in the area and driving around the Adirondacks to enjoy the scenery. It did rain a lot, but we managed to get a few hikes in and enjoyed cooking in the evening and relaxing in the cabin. We had an awesome stay!

Great cabin

The cabin is way bigger then the pictures look and was very well appointed. Everything you need is there and it was extremely clean. Chip was quick to answer all our questions and check in/out was super easy. Very nice stay!

Ski getaway

This was a very comfortable home to spend a long weekend all new appliances and clean. Large kitchen with good dining room. Ample parking for 3 cars. Just a short ride to Gore Mountain.
