“We loved the property. The staff was outstanding and the grounds and accommodations were immaculate. We will definitely go back again. There is a restaurant that offers takeout. Cruz bay is close enough to walk, but there is a hill to come back up on the return. The shuttle will pick you up and bring you back to the ferry but no transportation otherwise. “Our four wonderful nights in a one bedroom villa were perfect. Our room was amazing with beautiful views out of every window and 2 balconies which we spent a lot of time on. The property is stunning and very well maintained. The staff was very attentive providing excellent service. The fine dining restaurant just happened to be closed for some improvements so we ate at Donovan's Reef several times. The food was quite good. Lovely pool area too! We can't wait to go back. ”

“The hotel has a problem with Expedia (or the other way around) that needs some attention quick! When you make a reservation, you will see (and pay!) one amount for your whole stay …. but when you get to the hotel, you’ll find that you have an outstanding balance (of about $500 usd)!! Expedia says that is an issue that you have to take up with the hotel, and the hotel says that’s Expedia problem. In a nutshell: it’s the costumer problem. “The unit (kitchen, bath, bed room, living room) is excellent; clean and stocked with basic necessities. Right outside my unit were old railings and furniture which could be removed and area cleared of debris, but overall the property was great.
