Good Day Malissa I would like to start off with my sincere apologies. I have addressed these concerns with housekeeping department, front desk and maintenance . The fire alarm was set off by a guest which is out of our control, we have to put safety above everything with matters like this. The staff was investigating the alarm to ensure there was no great danger. I greatly appreciate your insight and I will be sharing this review with all my staff so we can improve and keeping striving for better customer service and guest experience.
