"There were 6 adults from Canada and stayed at Eoghans beautiful home in May 2024. The check in and contact with the owner was first class. The location of this property suited our needs and we had a wonderful stay. "Excellent place, modern and comfortable. Host Eoghan was very responsive and accommodating. Only problem is VRBO showed this unit located right in the village when it was in the countryside. You must have a car for this place and we did not. Eoghan went out of his way to be helpful. The Avoca centre was within walking distance."

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom Stable 1 which was perfect for my family. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Grandkids had a blast on the trampoline and the grounds to run around in and we enjoyed a cocktail on the back porch. Beautiful property."

"If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here."
